Why work with me?
Lived Experience
I understand first-hand how it feels to navigate uncertainty at work — being thrown in at the deep end, lacking direction, facing career setbacks, and working through the ups and downs that shape confidence and motivation. I’ve also experienced how poor culture and onboarding can leave people feeling unsupported and unsure of where they stand.
Those experiences shape my work today: helping individuals build clarity and confidence in their direction, and helping organisations create environments where people feel supported, connected, and able to perform from the start.
Knowledge and Skills
With extensive experience and qualifications in education, coaching, psychometric assessment, and project management, I combine structured thinking with deep people insight. My work draws on evidence-based approaches, experiential learning, and engaging methods to support both individuals and organisations.
Whether supporting someone stepping into a new role, guiding a team through better ways of working, or designing onboarding that helps people settle and succeed, my approach is practical, empathetic, and grounded in how people actually learn, adapt, and grow.
Bespoke Service
There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Every organisation, team, and individual brings different experiences, challenges, and aspirations.
I tailor my work to meet people where they are — whether supporting an organisation to strengthen onboarding and culture, helping a team work more effectively together, or working one-to-one to build clarity, confidence, and direction.
From insight and planning through to coaching, workshops, and development support, I work alongside you to turn intention into action and create change that lasts.

My Approach
I believe that most workplace challenges aren’t isolated problems — they’re signals.
A drop in performance doesn’t automatically mean more training is needed. Poor communication isn’t always a skills issue. Conflict doesn’t necessarily mean people don’t get along. And when someone struggles in a new role, the issue is rarely just about them.
Often, the root cause sits elsewhere — in onboarding experiences, psychological safety, clarity of direction, team dynamics, leadership, or alignment with values. That’s why my work focuses on creating the conditions where people can feel supported, confident, and clear in how they contribute.
This may involve designing onboarding that helps people belong and perform sooner, supporting teams to build trust and shared ways of working, or helping individuals develop confidence and direction at key moments in their careers.
Whether within organisations or through one-to-one support, the focus remains the same: understanding the wider system so that solutions are thoughtful, aligned, and sustainable.
When people, teams, and systems are aligned, goals become clear and achievable through everyday practice.
