What are your goals?

I support people and organisations to get the foundations right — starting roles well, strengthening teams, and helping individuals succeed.

These areas don’t operate in isolation. They influence one another, and while each can stand alone, they are most effective when approached as part of a connected whole.

Getting Onboarding and Induction Right

I help organisations design people-centred onboarding that goes beyond paperwork and policies. By combining insight, experience, and practical design, I create onboarding journeys that help people feel supported, clear about expectations, and confident from day one.

Because early experiences shape confidence, performance, and commitment, onboarding isn’t just an administrative step — it’s a foundation for everything that follows.

Services include:

  • Onboarding insight and diagnostic analysis, including in-depth reporting

  • Onboarding strategy development, aligned to culture and business goals

  • Design of onboarding programmes and practical resources

  • Engaging, interactive, and gamified onboarding experiences

Helping Individuals Succeed in Their Careers

I support individuals at key moments in their working lives — whether stepping into a new role, navigating change, returning to work, or rethinking direction. My focus is on building confidence, clarity, and a practical way forward.

When someone struggles, it’s rarely about ability alone. It’s often about context, expectations, support, or alignment. Through structured reflection and practical tools, I help individuals understand what’s really shaping their experience and how to move forward with confidence.

Services include:

  • 1–1 coaching for career development and transition, including guided reflection and a co-created strategy to support clear next steps

  • Personality insight and performance development using MBTI® (see below)

  • Leadership development, including managing stress, handling conflict, increasing team engagement, coaching others and leading change

Building Effective Teams and a Supportive Organisational Culture

I support teams to understand how they work best together — strengthening communication, trust, and shared ways of working.

When communication breaks down or engagement dips, the issue isn’t always capability. It can be clarity, alignment, psychological safety, or how differences are understood. My work focuses on helping teams surface these dynamics and create healthier, more effective patterns of working.

Services include:

  • Team and culture alignment using MBTI® supporting engagement, clarity, and performance (see below)

  • Communication and conflict support using the TKI® framework, helping teams navigate differences constructively (see below)

  • Values-led and EDI-informed team development, strengthening inclusion and shared direction

  • Gamified away days and facilitated team experiences, designed to be reflective, purposeful, and practical

  • Link & Learn: Structured learning and networking experiences supporting:

    • Company-wide learning initiatives

    • Apprenticeships and early career development

    • New starters

    • Multi-site or dispersed teams

World renowned and trusted tools that I use with you to help you reach your goals

As a trained and qualified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) practitioner, I help individuals, teams, and organisations understand personality preferences and how they influence everyday behaviour.

I provides a shared language for exploring differences in communication, decision-making, and ways of working.

For individuals, teams, and organisations, this leads to greater self-awareness, clearer communication, reduced friction, and stronger collaboration.

MBTI® can also be used in conjunction with the TKI® shown below.

Conflict doesn’t have to be uncomfortable or damaging. When handled well, it can strengthen relationships and lead to better outcomes.

I support individuals and organisations to approach conflict with greater confidence using the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI®), which explores the different ways people respond in challenging situations.

There is no single “right” response. The key is understanding your natural approach and knowing when to adapt it. This awareness helps individuals navigate difficult conversations and supports teams to handle differences constructively.
